Hi there! Our office hours are Monday and Wednesday from 9 am to 1:00 pm, CST. All correspondence is handled during that time, and we are delighted to answer any questions you have and to cheer for you in any way we can. Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All orders received by 2:30 p.m. CST on those days will go out in that day’s mail via USPS. Drop us a line!
